不同奇楠沉香品系在西双版纳的早期生长评价OA
Early Growth Evaluations of Different Aquilaria sinensis'Qi-Nan'Strains in Xishuangbanna
为给云南西双版纳傣族自治州奇楠沉香(Aquilaria sinensis'Qi-Nan')良种选育提供科学依据,以25个奇楠沉香品系为试验材料,调查种植3.5年后的保存率、胸径、树高和高径比,分析各性状间相关性,采用聚类分析法进行分类,采用主成分分析和隶属函数分析筛选适宜当地推广种植的优良品系.结果表明,不同品系保存率、胸径、树高和高径比均差异显著.Jin SY品系保存率最高(96.25%),Xiao YZ品系保存率最低(53.75%);Da YP品系胸径最大(6.61 cm),Ao S品系胸径最小(4.43 cm);Da YP品系树高最高(5.07 m),Xiao YZ品系树高最低(3.59 m);Qian LX品系高径比最大(0.97),You YZ品系高径比最小(0.68).保存率与胸径、树高和高径比均呈显著正相关;胸径与树高呈显著正相关,与高径比呈显著负相关;树高与高径比呈显著正相关.聚类分析表明,第1类(Jin Sha Y、Pu TT、Qi NYH、Jin SZ、Lan BS、Jin SY和Tou DL)和第4类(Hei ZZ和Da YP)品系在保存率和生长性状上均表现较优.Jin SY、Lan BS、Da YP、Qian LX和Jin SZ品系在云南西双版纳傣族自治州早期生长表现均良好,均具有较高推广潜力.
In order to provide scientific basis for improved variety selection of Aquilaria sinensis'Qi-Nan'in Dai autonomous prefecture of Xishuangbanna,Yunnan,25 A.sinensis'Qi-Nan'strains were selected as experi-menal materials.Preservation rate,diameter at breast height(DBH),tree height and tree height-DBH ratio were investigated after 3.5 years of planting.Correlations among these traits were analyzed,cluster analysis was used for classification,and principal component analysis and membership function analysis were employed to select superior strains suitable for promotion and cultivation.Results showed that there were significant differences in preservation rate,DBH,tree height and tree height-DBH ratio among different strains.Jin SY strain had the highest preservation rate(96.25%),while Xiao YZ strain had the lowest preservation rate(53.75%).Da YP strain had the largest DBH(6.61 cm),while Ao S strain had the smallest DBH(4.43 cm).Da YP strain had the highest tree height(5.07 m),while Xiao YZ strain had the lowest tree height(3.59 m).Qian LX strain had the highest tree height-DBH ratio(0.97),while You YZ strain had the lowest tree height-DBH ratio(0.68).Preser-vation rate was significantly positively correlated with DBH,tree height and tree height-DBH ratio.DBH was significantly positively correlated with tree height and significantly negatively correlated with tree height-DBH ratio.Tree height was significantly positively correlated with tree height-DBH ratio.Cluster analysis revealed that group 1(Jin Sha Y,Pu TT,Qi NYH,Jin SZ,Lan BS,Jin SY and Tou DL)and group 4(Hei ZZ and Da YP)strains performed better in both preservation rate and growth traits.Jin SY,Lan BS,Da YP,Qian LX and Jin SZ strains exhibited good early growth performances in Dai autonomous prefecture of Xishuangbanna and had high-er potentials for promotion.
