广西板栗种质资源坚果性状综合评价OA

Comprehensive Evaluations on Nut Traits of Chestnut Germplasm Resources in Guangxi

为给广西板栗(Castanea mollissima)良种选育提供科学依据,对广西地区39份板栗种质资源坚果表型性状、淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量和还原糖含量进行测定,分析各性状间相关性,采用聚类分析法进行分类,采用主成分分析法筛选综合性状表现优异的板栗种质资源.结果表明,39份板栗种质资源8个坚果性状指标变异系数为12.90%~53.21%,改良潜力较大.单粒重与横径呈极显著正相关,与纵径呈显著正相关;纵径与横径呈显著负相关,与支链淀粉含量呈显著正相关;总淀粉含量与直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量均呈极显著正相关;直链淀粉含量与支链淀粉和可溶性糖含量均呈极显著正相关.聚类分析表明,第Ⅰ类群(兰油和兰华)多项指标均值均较大,适宜优先作为菜肴食用.筛选出10份综合得分较高的板栗种质资源,分别为兰油、隆安1、兰华、东兰7、南宁3、南丹2、凤山4、天峨4、天峨1和南宁5,可作为优良品种进行改良应用.

In order to provide scientific basis for selection of high-quality chestnut varieties in Guangxi,nut phenotypic traits,starch contents,soluble sugar contents and reducing sugar contents of 39 chestnut germplasm resources in Guangxi were measured.Correlations among these traits were analyzed.Cluster analysis was em-ployed for classification.Principal component analysis was employed to screen chestnut germplasm resources with excellent comprehensive traits.Results showed that coefficients of variation of eight trait indexes among 39 chestnut germplasm resources ranged from 12.90%to 53.21%,indicating significant potential for improvement.Single kernel weight had extremely significant positive correlation with transverse diameter and significant posi-tive correlation with longitudinal diameter.Longitudinal diameter had significant negative correlation with trans-verse diameter and significant positive correlation with amylopectin content.Total starch content had extremely significant positive correlations with contents of amylose and amylopectin.Amylose content had extremely sig-nificant positive correlations with contents of amylopectin and soluble sugar.Cluster analysis showed that GroupⅠ(Lanyou and Lanhua)exhibited relatively higher means for multiple traits,which were suitable as priority candidates for culinary use.Ten chestnut germplasm resources with higher comprehensive scores were selected,namely Lanyou,Long'an 1,Lanhua,Donglan 7,Nanning 3,Nandan 2,Fengshan 4,Tian'e 4,Tian'e 1 and Nan-ning 5,which could be used for improvement and application as elite varieties.
