The Driving Effects of Digital-Real Economy Integration on Corporate Innovation

在数字经济与实体经济深度融合的战略背景下,本文基于 2010~2024 年中国 A 股上市公司微观数据,实证检验数实产业技术融合对企业创新的驱动效应及其作用机制.研究显示:(1)数实产业技术融合显著促进企业创新,该结论在控制内生性、样本选择偏误及多维固定效应后依然稳健;(2)机制检验表明,数实产业技术融合通过强化供应链抵抗力与缓解融资约束双通道驱动创新.前者借助数字技术重构供应链网络韧性,降低创新要素供给断点风险;后者通过数据增信效应优化资本配置效率,缓解创新活动中的信贷配给问题;(3)异质性分析发现,资产密集型行业的技术融合创新弹性最高,技术密集型行业次之,而劳动密集型行业不显著.此外,数实产业技术融合对渐进性创新与突破性创新均具有显著的驱动作用,突破性创新高度依赖激烈的市场竞争环境.本文为解析数实产业技术融合的微观创新机制提供经验证据,并为实施差异化技术适配政策、优化创新生态系统治理提供决策依据.

Against the strategic background of deep integration of digital economy and real economy,this paper empirically tests the driving effect and mechanism of digital and real industry technology integration on corporate innovation based on micro data of China A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2024.Research shows:First,technology integration in digital and real industries has significantly promoted enterprise innovation.This conclusion is still stable after controlling for endogenicity,sample selection bias and multi-dimensional fixed effects.Second,mechanism testing shows that digital and real industry technology integration drives innovation through the dual channel of strengthening supply chain resistance and alleviating financing constraints.The former uses digital technology to reconstruct the resilience of supply chain networks and reduce the risk of supply breakpoints of innovation factors;the latter optimizes capital allocation efficiency through data credit enhancement effects and alleviates credit rationing prob-lems in innovation activities.Third,heterogeneity analysis found that asset-intensive industries have the highest elasticity of tech-nology integration and innovation,followed by technology-intensive industries,and not significant in labor-intensive industries.In addition,the technological integration of digital and real industries has a significant driving effect on both incremental innovation and breakthrough innovation.Breakthrough innovation is highly dependent on the fierce market competition environment.This study provides empirical evidence for analyzing the micro-innovation mechanism of technology integration in digital and real industries,and provides decision-making basis for implementing differentiated technology adaptation policies and optimizing innovation ecosys-tem governance.
