利用 2020-2024 年广州市帽峰山森林公园空气质量监测数据,分析帽峰山森林公园 PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2、CO、O3的变化特征,采用空气质量指数(AQI)进行空气质量评价与预测,使用随机森林模型探究影响 AQI 的主要空气污染物.结果表明:①2020-2024 年,帽峰山森林公园的空气质量整体保持良好,6 项污染物月均、季均与年均浓度始终低于《环境空气质量标准》二级限值.②帽峰山森林公园空气质量以"优"等级为主,轻度污染仅在 2022 年、2023 年各出现 8 d;AQI 时序预测 2020-2023 年波动明显,2024 年起趋稳,2025 年后预计在较低区间小幅震荡并持续下降.③O3、PM10 和 PM2.5 是对 AQI 贡献最大的污染物.

Using the air quality monitoring data from 2020 to 2024 of Maofeng Mountain Forest Park in Guangzhou,the study analyzes the variation characteristics of PM2.5 PM10,SO2,NO2,CO,and O3 in the park.The Air Quality Index(AQI)was used to evaluate and predict air quality,and a Random Forest Model was employed to identify the major air pollutants contributing to AQI.The results show that:①From 2020 to 2024,the overall air quality in Maofeng Mountain Forest Park remained good,with monthly,seasonal,and annual average concentrations of the six major pollutants consistently below the Grade II limits of the Ambient Air Quality Standards.②The overall air quality in the park was predominantly at the"Excellent"level,with only 8 days of slight pollution recorded in both 2022 and 2023.Time series prediction of AQI indicates significant fluctuations between 2020 and 2023,a stabilizing trend starting in 2024,and a slight oscillation at a relatively low level with a continuous decline expected after 2025.③O3,PM10 and PM2.5 are the pollutants that contribute the most to AQI.
