硬尖神香草种子萌发特性及耐盐性研究OA
Study on Seed Germination Characteristics and Salt Tolerance of Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss.
为探究硬尖神香草萌发适宜条件,以其种子为材料,研究其在不同温度(15、20、25、30、35℃)、激素(IAA、NAA、6-BA、GA3)及盐(NaCl、Na2CO3)浓度溶液中的萌发特性,测定发芽率、发芽势、幼苗胚芽长、胚根长及鲜重、干重等指标,并通过回归分析确定其种子对盐胁迫的耐受性.结果表明,硬尖神香草种子适宜萌发的温度为20℃.外源激素GA3和6-BA浸种可提高种子发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数,对硬尖神香草种子的萌发有较好的促进作用.随着盐浓度增加,NaCl浸种后种子各项萌发指标均呈低浓度促进,高浓度抑制,Na2CO3浸种后其种子各项指标呈逐渐下降趋势,硬尖神香草种子对NaCl的耐受性较高,极限浓度是212.48 mmol/L,可为硬尖神香草种苗繁育及规范化种植基地选择提供参考依据.
To explore the suitable germination conditions for Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss.,seeds were used as materials to study their germination characteristics under different temperatures(15,20,25,30,35℃),hormone solutions(100 mmol/L IAA,6-BA,GA₃),and salt solutions(NaCl,Na₂CO₃)at various concentrations.Parameters including germination rate,germi-nation potential,seedling plumule length,radicle length,fresh weight,and dry weight were measured.Regression analysis was employed to determine the seed tolerance to salt stress.The results showed that the optimal temperature for seed germi-nation of H.cuspidatus was 20℃.Soaking seeds with exogenous hormones GA₃ and 6-BA improved the germination rate,germination index,and vigor index,exhibiting a positive promoting effect on seed germination.With increasing salt concen-tration,all germination indices of NaCl soaked seeds showed promotion at low concentrations but inhibition at high concentra-tions.For Na₂CO₃ soaked seeds,all indices showed a gradual decreasing trend.The seeds of H.cuspidatus exhibited higher tolerance to NaCl,with a lethal concentration of 212.48 mmol/L.These findings provided a reference for seedling propagation and selection of standardized planting bases for Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss.
