An Improved Coupling High Gain Quadratic Boost Converter

设计了一种新型DC-DC变换器,为结合双开关变换器、耦合电感及开关电容增压单元的高增益变换器.该变换器的优势在于其电压增益较大,开关管的电压应力较低,并且能够保证输出电流的持久性.提出的变换器通过将开关电容与钳位支路相互融合,从而增强了输入电压,减小了开关管的电压应力,同时也借助钳位支路来吸收漏感能量.对变换器在连续导通模式CCM(continuous conduction mode)下的输入电压、开关管的电压应力及临界条件进行了深入分析.最后,搭建了1台具有12 V输入、228 V输出和200 W额定功率的实验样机,检验理论分析的准确性.

A novel DC-DC converter is designed which is a high gain converter combining a dual switching converter,a coupled inductor and a switched capacitor Boost unit.The advantages of this converter are its large voltage gain,low voltage stress on the switching tubes,and the ability to ensure the continuous output current.This converter is made by integrating the switched capacitor and clamped branch with each other,which enhances the voltage input,reduces the voltage stress on the switching tube and also consumes the energy of the leakage inductor with the help of the clamped branch.The voltage input of the converter in continuous conduction mode(CCM),the voltage stress of the switching tubes and the current stress are analyzed in depth.Finally,a test rig is built with 12 V input,228 V output and 200 W power rating to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.
