成年普安盘江乌鸡体尺、屠宰性能与蛋品质性状及其相关性OA
Body Measurement,Slaughter Performance,Egg Quality of Adult Pu'an Panjiang Black-bone Chicken and Their Correlations
[目的]探明成年普安盘江乌鸡体尺、屠宰性能、蛋品质性状及其相关性,为普安盘江乌鸡的遗传改良和系统选育提供理论依据.[方法]以成年普安盘江乌鸡(日龄 300 d)为研究对象,随机选择公鸡和母鸡各 30只,以及同期生产的 60枚鸡蛋,分析体尺、屠宰性能与蛋品质,并进行相关性分析.[结果]成年普安盘江乌鸡公鸡体斜长、龙骨长、胸深、胸宽、胫长、胫围分别为 21.69 cm、12.76 cm、9.74 cm、9.39 cm、11.59 cm、4.51 cm,均极显著高于母鸡;公鸡宰前体重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、半净膛率、全净膛率分别为2 585.47 g、2 330.53 g、2 127.60 g、2 027.67 g、82.31%、78.45%,均极显著高于母鸡;公鸡屠宰率为 90.13%,极显著低于母鸡.公鸡体斜长、胫围,母鸡体斜长、胸宽均与屠宰性能各指标(宰前体重、屠体重、半净膛重和全净膛重)极显著正相关.成年普安盘江乌鸡的蛋重为 48.53 g,蛋形指数为 1.38,蛋黄比例为 32.68%,哈氏单位为64.70.成年普安盘江乌鸡蛋重与蛋壳厚度、蛋黄重、蛋壳重极显著正相关,与蛋黄比例极显著负相关;蛋壳厚度与蛋壳重、蛋壳强度、蛋壳比例极显著正相关;蛋壳重与蛋壳比例极显著正相关,与蛋黄比例极显著负相关;蛋黄重与蛋黄比例、蛋白高度与哈氏单位均极显著正相关.[结论]成年普安盘江乌鸡公鸡体尺性状与屠宰性能优于母鸡,体斜长、胸宽和胫围是影响屠宰性能的重要体尺指标,蛋壳重、蛋壳厚度和蛋黄比例可作为蛋重选育的间接指标,蛋重、蛋壳重和蛋黄重可作为蛋黄比例选育的间接指标.
[Objective]The body measurement,slaughter performance,egg quality of Pu'an Panjiang black-bone chicken,and the correlations between these traits were investigated to provide a theoretical basis for genetic improvement and systematic breeding of Pu'an Panjiang black-bone chicken.[Method]The body measurement,slaughter performance and egg quality of 60 randomly selected adult Pu'an Panjiang black-bone chickens(30 cocks and 30 hens)with 300 day old and 60 produced egg during the same period,and the correlations between these traits were analyzed.[Result]The body slope length,keel length,chest depth,chest width,shank length,shank girth,live weight,dressed weight,semi-eviscerated weight,total eviscerated weight,semi-eviscerated rate and total eviscerated rate of adult Pu'an Panjiang black-bone cocks were 21.69 cm,12.76 cm,9.74 cm,9.39 cm,11.59 cm and 4.51 cm,2 585.47 g,2 330.53 g,2 127.60 g,2 027.67 g,82.31%and 78.45%significantly or very significantly higher than those of adult Pu'an Panjiang black-bone hens,respectively.The slaughter rate of adult Pu'an Panjiang black-bone cocks was 90.13%,and lower than adult Pu'an Panjiang black-bone hens very significantly.The body slope length was positively and very significantly related to shank girth in cocks.The body slope length and chest width were positively and very significantly related to the slaughter indexes(live weight,dressed weight,semi-eviscerated weight and total eviscerated weight)in hens.The average egg weight,egg shape index,yolk rate and Haugh unit were 48.53 g,1.38,32.68%and 64.70 respectively.The egg weight was positively and very significantly related to egg shell thickness,yolk weight and shell weight,and negatively and very significantly related to yolk rate.The egg shell thickness was positively and very significantly related to shell weight,shell strength and shell rate.The egg shell weight was positively and very significantly related to egg shell rate and negatively and very significantly related to yolk rate.The yolk weight was positively and very significantly related to yolk rate,egg white height and Haugh unit.[Conclusion]The body measurement and slaughter performance of adult Pu'an Panjiang black-bone cocks are better than those of adult Pu'an Panjiang black-bone hens.The body slope length,chest width and shank girth are the key body measurement indexes influencing slaughter performance.The shell weight,shell thickness and yolk rate can be used as the indirect breeding indexes in egg weight.The egg weight,shell weight and yolk weight can be used as the indirect indexes for breeding of yolk rate.
