[目的]探明不同饼肥与施用量对烤烟土壤特性及细菌群落的影响,为烤烟种植施肥方案提供依据.[方法]以云烟 87为试验材料,设计 4种肥料:豆饼饼肥(A1)、芝麻饼肥(A2)、菜籽饼肥(A3)、烟草专用有机肥(CK)和 2种 施 用 量:1 200 kg/hm2(B1)、1 800 kg/hm2(B2)双因素随机区组试验,分析在高低施用量下不同饼肥对烤烟土壤养分含量、酶活性、细菌群落分布的影响.[结果]饼肥施用量 1 800 kg/hm2 均能改善烤烟土壤理化性质,提高土壤碳氮比,增强酶活性.优势菌门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和放线菌门(Actinobacteriota),优势菌属为鞘单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、Subgroup_6.施用芝麻饼肥能提高现蕾期根际土壤中细菌群落在门、属水平上的相对丰度.LEfSe和 Metagenome Seq显示,影响根际土壤细菌群落差异的主要菌门为变形菌门和放线菌门.RDA分析表明,速效钾和有机质含量是影响土壤细菌群落分布的关键因子.[结论]施用芝麻饼肥 1 800 kg/hm2 能改善烤烟土壤养分状况,提升土壤酶活性,提高优势菌门和优势菌属的相对丰度,有助于增强云南普洱景东彝族自治县锦屏镇产区及相似生态烟区土壤可持续利用水平.

[Objective]The effects of different cake fertilizers with different application rates on properties and bacterial communities of flue-cured tobacco planting soil were investigated to provide the scientific basis for selecting suitable fertilization schemes in cultivation of flue-cured tobacco.[Method]The effects of 3 fertilizers[bean cake fertilizer(A1),sesame cake fertilizer(A2),and rapeseed cake fertilizer(A3)]and tobacco specific fertilizer(CK)]with two application rates of 1 200 kg/hm2(B1)and 1 800 kg/hm2(B2)on nutrient content,enzyme activity and bacterial community distribution of flue-cured tobacco planting soil were analyzed by using a two-factor randomized block.[Result]Three cake fertilizers with application rate of 1 800 kg/hm2 all could improve physicochemical properties and carbon to nitrogen ratio of flue-cured tobacco planting soil and increase activity of soil enzymes.The dominant bacteria phyla were Proteobacteria and Actinobacteriota.The dominant bacteria genera were Sphingomonas and Subgroup_6.Applying sesame cake fertilizer could increase the relative abundance of bacterial communities in rhizosphere soil at budding stage of flue-cured tobacco plants at phylum and genus level.LEfSe and Metagenome Seq analysis showed that the main phyla affecting the difference in bacterial communities of rhizosphere soil were Proteobacteria and Actinomycetes.RDA analysis showed that the content of soil available potassium and organic matter was the key factor influencing the distribution of soil bacterial communities.[Conclusion]Applying sesame cake fertilizer with application rate of 1 800 kg/hm2 can improve soil nutrient status,soil enzyme activity and the relative abundance of bacterial communities in rhizosphere soil at phylum and genus level to promote soil sustainability in flue-cured tobacco growing area of Jinping Town,Jingdong County,Yunnan and other flue-cured tobacco growing area with the similar ecology condition.
