植物生长调节剂对生姜营养成分与次生代谢产物的调控效应OA
Regulatory effects of plant growth regulators on the nutritional components and secondary metabolites in ginger
[目的]探究叶面喷施不同浓度的植物生长调节剂对生姜生理代谢及品质形成的影响,为生姜栽培中生长调节剂的合理应用提供理论依据.[方法]通过叶面喷施不同浓度的 2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、水杨酸(SA)和多效唑(PP333),测定并分析生姜叶片中的叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量、抗氧化酶(过氧化氢酶 CAT、过氧化物酶 POD)活性以及根茎中姜黄素和姜辣素含量的变化.[结果]植物生长调节剂能有效促进生姜光合物质的积累,75 mg/L 2,4-D、100 mg/L 6-BA和 500 mg/L PP333 对生姜叶片的叶绿素合成促进效果最佳;植物生长调节剂显著影响叶片的抗氧化酶系统,2,4-D表现为低浓度激活、高浓度抑制 POD和CAT活性,而其他 3种调节剂则普遍抑制 CAT活性但激活 POD活性.4种植物生长调节剂处理均一致抑制生姜根茎中姜黄素的积累,但显著促进姜辣素的合成,最佳促进浓度分别为 25 mg/L 2,4-D、100 mg/L 6-BA、75 mg/L SA和 200 mg/L PP333.[结论]叶面喷施 2,4-D、6-BA、SA和 PP333 能够通过调节生姜植株的生理代谢过程,显著影响其植株生长与根茎品质.
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the effects of foliar application of plant growth regulators(PGRs)at different concentrations on physiological metabolism and quality formation in ginger,providing a theoretical basis for rational PGR use in ginger cultivation.[Method]Ginger plants were treated with foliar sprays of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D),6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA),salicylic acid(SA),or paclobutrazol(PP333)at various concentrations.Measurements were taken for chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,and antioxidant enzyme(CAT,POD)activities in the leaves,as well as curcumin and gingerol content in the rhizomes.[Result]PGR application effectively promoted the accumulation of photosynthetic products.The most significant promotion of chlorophyll synthesis was observed with 75 mg/L 2,4-D,100 mg/L 6-BA,and 500 mg/L paclobutrazol.PGRs significantly influenced the antioxidant enzyme system:2,4-D activated POD and CAT activities at low concentrations but inhibited them at high concentrations,whereas the other three regulators generally suppressed CAT activity but enhanced POD activity.All four PGR treatments consistently inhibited curcumin accumulation while significantly promoting gingerols synthesis.The optimal concentrations for enhancing gingerols content were 25 mg/L 2,4-D,100 mg/L 6-BA,75 mg/L salicylic acid,and 200 mg/L paclobutrazol,respectively.[Conclusion]Foliar application of 2,4-D,6-BA,salicylic acid,and paclobutrazol can significantly influence ginger growth and quality by modulating its physiological metabolic processes.
