针对塑性混凝土在配合比设计上的特点,选取单位用水量、膨润土掺量、水胶比、砂率等4个主要配合比参数,分别研究了各个参数对塑性混凝土抗渗性能的影响.研究表明,当其他条件不变时,塑性混凝土的渗透系数随着单位用水量、水胶比及膨润土掺量增大而增大,并与膨润土掺量、单位用水量呈线性关系,其中水胶比和膨润土掺量是主要影响因素.在实际工程配合比设计中,需要综合考虑不同配合比参数对各种性能的影响,进行优化选择.单位用水量和砂率应使塑性混凝土具有设计要求的坍落度和良好的凝聚性,水胶比和膨润土掺量应使塑性混凝土同时具有低渗透系数、低弹性模量、高抗压强度等性能,其中水胶比宜为0.9~1.1,膨润土掺量宜为40%~60%,砂率宜为45%~60%.通过试验研究,提出了板洞水库防渗墙塑性混凝土配合比,施工过程顺利,经取样检测,各方面性能均满足设计要求,防渗效果良好.

According to the characteristics of plastic concrete in mix proportion design,four main mix proportion parameters,including unit water consumption,bentonite content,water binder ratio and sand ratio,were selected to study the influence of each parameter on the impermeability of plastic concrete.The research shows that when other conditions remain unchanged,the permeability coefficient of plastic concrete increases with the increase of unit water consumption,water binder ratio and bentonite content,and has a linear relationship with bentonite content and unit water consumption,in which water binder ratio and bentonite content are the main influencing factors.In the actual engineering mix proportion design,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the influence of different mix proportion parameters on various performances and make optimal selection.The unit water consumption and sand ratio should make the plastic concrete have the slump and good cohesion required by the design.The water binder ratio and bentonite content should make the plastic concrete have the properties of low permeability coefficient,low elastic modulus and high compressive strength at the same time.The water binder ratio should be 0.9~1.1,the bentonite content should be 40%~60%,and the sand ratio should be 45%~60%.Through the experimental research,the plastic concrete mix proportion of the anti-seepage wall of Bandong reservoir is put forward.The construction process is smooth.After sampling and testing,all aspects of performance meet the design requirements,and the anti-seepage effect is good.
