胸部三维重建及胸腔镜手术视频在课堂教学中的应用OA

Objective To explore the application of three-dimensional reconstruction of the chest and videos of thoracoscopic surgery in classroom teaching.Methods The students majoring in clinical medicine at Jilin Medical University were selected as the research ob-jects.Three-dimensional reconstruction animations of the chest and short videos of thoracoscopic surgery were used for classroom teach-ing.The anatomical key points of thoracoscopic surgery were highlighted in the videos and emphasized during the explanation process.The short videos of the surgery were used as teaching materials for further explanation in clinical probation courses,combining theoretical teaching with thoracoscopic surgery.After the completion of the theoretical courses,the professional knowledge of thoracic surgery was ex-amined in the form of written tests,with a total score of 100 points.Meanwhile,questionnaires were used to evaluate the students' satisfac-tion with education.The questionnaires were divided into three levels:extremely satisfied,satisfied,and dissatisfied.Results The aver-age score of the professional knowledge of thoracic surgery was 94 points.Regarding all the students' satisfaction with the courses,78%were extremely satisfied and 22%were satisfied.Most students believed that the teaching method combining three-dimensional recon-struction and videos of thoracoscopic surgery could help them better understand the surgical procedures and anatomical structures and im-prove their learning interest in the classroom.Conclusion The combination of three-dimensional reconstruction of the chest and videos of thoracoscopic surgery applied in classroom teaching is an effective teaching method.This teaching method can improve students' learn-ing outcomes,help students better understand the procedures and anatomical structures of complex thoracic surgeries,enhance students'understanding of thoracoscopic surgery,and further improve the effect of classroom teaching.
