新工科背景下有机化学实验课程思政改革与实践OA

针对长期存在的"重知识传授、轻价值引领"这一问题,该文系统阐述新工科背景下有机化学实验课程开展思政改革的必要性,明确课程思政的核心教学目标,构建"思政元素挖掘—教学内容优化—教学方法创新—师资素养提升"四位一体的实施路径,并通过教学实践验证改革举措的实际成效.研究表明,课程思政与有机化学实验教学的深度融合,能够实现专业能力培养与价值塑造的协同推进,从而为新工科人才培养提供坚实支撑.

To address the long-standing issue of"prioritizing knowledge imparting over value guidance",this paper systematically elaborates the necessity of carrying out ideological and political reform in the organic chemistry experiment course under the background of emerging engineering education.The study clarifies the core teaching objectives of ideological and political education within the curriculum,constructs a four-in-one implementation path involving"ideological and political element integration-optimization of teaching content-innovation of teaching methods-enhancement of faculty competence".Furthermore,the practical effectiveness of the reform measures is validated through teaching practice.The research indicates that the in-depth integration of ideological and political education with Organic Chemistry Experiment teaching can achieve the synergistic advancement in professional skill development and value cultivation,thereby providing solid support for talent development in the context of new engineering education.
