新技术新形势的发展对传统铁路货物运输人才培养提出更高要求.该文针对传统铁路货运组织与技术课程在人才培养方面存在的问题,结合新工科导向,研究该课程的多模态教学模式改革方法和路径,并从教学资源建设、前沿技术引入、教学内容改革、产学协作等多个方面进行探讨,力图通过多模态教学模式改革,增强教学的工程导向性,提升学生实践与创新能力,满足新工科对课程教学的高质量要求,有力推动新工科背景下铁路运输与物流专业人才培养.

The development of new technologies and new situations has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of traditional railway freight transportation talents.In view of the problems existing in the talent cultivation of the traditional"Railway Freight Transportation Organization and Technology"course,this paper,combined with the guidance of emerging engineering education,studies the reform methods and paths of the multimodal teaching mode of this course,and explores from multiple aspects such as the construction of teaching resources,the introduction of cutting-edge technologies,the reform of teaching content,and industry-academia collaboration.The study aims to enhance the engineering-orientation of teaching through the reform of the multimodal teaching mode,improve students'practical and innovative abilities,meet the high-quality requirements of emerging engineering education for curriculum teaching,and effectively promote the cultivation of professionals in railway transportation and logistics under the background of emerging engineering education.
