非一致性条件下绥江上游洪水频率分析OA
Analysis of Flood Frequency in the Upper Reaches of Suijiang River under Non-uniform Conditions
受气候变化和人类活动影响,绥江上游中洲河水文序列发生了变异,引发了洪水频率分布的非一致性问题.该文以中洲河大象站为例,对其年最大洪峰流量一致性进行分析,发现该序列发生了中等程度的变异;利用小波分析法推求了大象站年最大洪峰流量的频率分布,结果表明:大象站年最大洪峰流量离散程度呈增加趋势,相对于均值的对称程度减弱;对比现状与过去条件下的洪水频率,重现期一致时,大象站洪峰流量呈减小趋势,其变化值在20%以内;现状条件下的大象站洪峰流量频率计算结果与传统方法计算结果差距较小,变化值在±10%以内.
Affected by climate change and human activities,the hydrological sequence of Zhongzhou River in the upper reaches of the Suijiang River has mutated,causing the problem of inconsistency in flood frequency distribution.This paper takes Zhongzhouhe Elephant Station as an example to analyze the consistency of its annual maximum flood peak flow,and finds that the sequence has moderate variations;the frequency distribution of the annual maximum flood peak flow at the Elephant Station was derived by using wavelet analysis method,and the results show that the dispersion of the annual maximum flood peak flow at the Elephant Station showed an increase in the degree of dispersion of the annual maximum flood peak flow at the Elephant Station,and the symmetry degree of the mean weakened;compared with the current situation and the flood frequency under the past conditions,when the recurrence period is consistent,the flood peak flow at the Elephant Station showed a decrease in trend,and its change value was within 20%.The calculation results of the flood peak flow frequency at the Elephant Station under the current conditions are small and the calculation results of the traditional method,and the change value is within±10%.
