栀子厚朴颗粒的质量控制方法研究OA
Study on Quality Control Method of Zhi-Zi-Hou-Po Granules
目的 研究栀子厚朴颗粒的质量控制方法.方法 采用薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别栀子厚朴颗粒中栀子、厚朴;采用制剂学检查法对栀子厚朴颗粒的粒度、水分及溶化性进行检查;采用超快速液相色谱法对颗粒中京尼平苷进行含量测定.结果 颗粒中栀子、厚朴的TLC图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;颗粒的粒度、水分及溶化性检查结果均符合中国药典标准要求;颗粒中京尼平苷含量在1~40 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.9%,6批栀子厚朴颗粒中京尼平苷的含量范围为31.51~34.32 mg/g.结论 本研究所建立的标准可为栀子厚朴颗粒的质量控制研究提供依据.
Objective To study the quality control method of Zhi-Zi-Hou-Po Granules(ZZHPG).Methods The thin layer chromatogra-phy(TLC)method was used to identify Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and Magnolia of ficinalis Rehd.et Wils in ZZHPG.The particle size,water content and solubility of ZZHPG were examined by pharmaceutics examination.The content of geniposide in granules was deter-mined by ultra-fast liquid chromatography.Results TLC spots of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and Magnolia of ficinalis Rehd.et Wils in the granules were clear,and the negative control had no interference.The particle size,moisture content and solubility test results of the granules all met the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia standards.The content of geniposide in the granules had a good linear re-lationship in the range of 1-40 mg/L(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery rate was 98.9%.The content of geniposide in 6 batches of ZZHPG ranged from 31.51 to 34.32 mg/g.Conclusion The standard established in this study can provide a basis for the quality control of ZZHPG.
