基于结晶特性调控的国产BOPP薄膜击穿性能提升研究OA
Enhancement of Breakdown Field Strength Performance in Domestically Produced Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Films Based on Crystallinity Manipulation
双向拉伸聚丙烯(biaxially oriented polypropylene,BOPP)薄膜具有高介电强度、低介电损耗等特性,是薄膜电容器的主要工作介质;但多数国产聚丙烯灰分含量高且介电强度不足,导致电容器用聚丙烯树脂高度依赖进口.为此,以较高灰分国产聚丙烯树脂为研究对象,采用成核剂对国产聚丙烯树脂进行改性,并将其与低灰分进口 BOPP薄膜进行多维度性能对比,结合结晶特性,阐明成核剂提升BOPP薄膜击穿电场强度的微观机理,提出提高高灰分国产BOPP薄膜击穿性能的技术路线.结果表明:结晶度和晶粒尺寸是影响BOPP薄膜电、热、力学等多维度性能的关键结构因素;与国产BOPP薄膜相比,进口 BOPP薄膜结晶度较高(44.05%),晶粒尺寸较小(22.01 nm),击穿、拉伸和加工性能更优异,其中击穿电场强度在室温下达583.2 kV/mm,100 ℃下降低9.8%;国产聚丙烯经成核剂改性后,BOPP薄膜结晶度从40.19%提高至42.87%,晶粒尺寸从24.89 nm降低至21.21 nm,室温下击穿电场强度显著提高,达到576.8 kV/mm,且100 ℃下仅降低8.0%,性能与进口BOPP薄膜媲美.
Biaxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)film is the primary dielectric medium in film capacitors due to its high dielectric strength and low dielectric loss.However,most domestic polypropylene has high ash content and inadequate dielectric strength,creating heavy reliance on imported capacitor-grade polypropylene.This study modifies domestic high-ash BOPP film using a nucleating agent and conducts a multi-faceted comparison with imported low-ash BOPP film.By analyzing crystallization characteristics,it elucidates the microcosmic mechanism through behind the improved breakdown strength using nucleating agent.It also puts forward technical route for improving the breakdown performance of the high-ash domestic BOPP films.Results show crystallinity and grain size are key structural factors affecting the multi dimensional performance of the BOPP film.Compared to domestic BOPP film,the imported BOPP film exhibits higher crystallinity(44.05%)and smaller grain size(22.01 nm),yielding a room-temperature breakdown strength of 583.2 kV/mm(9.8%decrease at 100 ℃)and showing more excellent performance of breakdown,tensile stress and processing.After modification,the crystallinity of domestic BOPP film rises from 40.19%to 42.87%,while its grain size decreases from 24.89 nm to 21.21 nm.This significantly enhances its breakdown field strength to 576.8 kV/mm,with only an 8.0%reduction at 100 ℃,achieving performance comparable to the imported BOPP film.
