空间约束下基于GIS路径优化的城市配电网规划OA

Urban Distribution Network Planning Based on GIS Path Optimization Under Spatial Constraints

城市更新背景下,高密度城区配电网建设逐渐受到路面施工、生态管控及市政设施保护等空间限制条件影响,常规配电网规划方法对空间因素考虑不足,难以适应复杂改造环境,为此提出一种空间约束下基于地理信息系统路径优化的城市配电网规划方法.通过构建路径空间阻力量化机制,实现空间约束向路径权重的转换,并完成线路路径优化,同时引入排序-切片-递归树空间索引结构提升空间查询效率.在此基础上,形成候选线路集合并与混合整数线性规划模型耦合,实现配电网规划求解.以广州市越秀区北京路历史文化街区配电网为例,构建包含28个节点、30条线路的测试网络,并设置3个递进式的空间约束场景进行验证.结果表明,所提方法能够在满足多类型空间限制条件下实现网架结构优化,同时保持经济性和运行安全,并使路径计算耗时降低 65.45%.

Under the context of urban renewal,the construction of distribution networks in high-density urban areas is increasingly constrained by spatial limitations such as road construction,ecological control and the protection of municipal facilities.Traditional distribution network planning methods inadequately account for spatial factors,making them difficult to adapt to complex renovation environments.This paper proposes a geographic information system(GIS)based urban distribution network planning method with spatial constraints.A spatial resistance quantification mechanism is developed to transform spatial constraints into path weights for line route optimization.Meanwhile,a sort-tile-recursive tree spatial index structure is introduced to improve the efficiency of spatial queries.Based on this process,a set of candidate lines is generated and coupled with a mixed-integer linear programming model to accomplish distribution network planning.Taking the distribution network of Beijing road historic and cultural district in Yuexiu district,Guangzhou as a case study,a test network containing 28 nodes and 30 lines is constructed and three progressive spatial constraint scenarios are designed for validation.The results show that the proposed method can optimize grid structure while satisfying multiple types of spatial constraints,maintain economic efficiency and operational security and reduce path calculation time by 65.45%.
