本论文将聚集诱导发光(AIE)前沿成果转化为本科教学实践,构建了一个8学时综合化学实验.实验合成与表征了喹唑啉衍生物2-(2-羟基苯基)喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮(HPQ)和2-[2-(乙酰基)苯基]喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮(APQ),探究了HPQ的AIE特性及APQ对胺蒸气的荧光响应特性,并拓展至隐形墨水与肉类新鲜度检测等实际应用.该实验通过直观现象和实际应用激发学生科研兴趣,系统训练合成、表征及科研思维,有效提升专业素质与创新能力.
This work bridges cutting-edge aggregation-induced emission(AIE)research with undergraduate education by developing an 8-hour comprehensive chemistry experiment.The laboratory exercise encompasses the synthesis and characterization of quinazoline derivatives 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one(HPQ)and 2-(2-(acetyl)phenyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one(APQ),examination of HPQ's AIE characteristics,and evaluation of APQ's fluorescence response to amine vapors.The practical applications extend to invisible ink development and meat freshness detection.By demonstrating observable phenomena and real-world applications,this experiment effectively engages students'research interests while systematically developing their synthetic skills,characterization techniques,and scientific reasoning abilities,thereby enhancing both professional competency and innovative capacity.
