基于产教融合的高分子化学实验改进探索OA
Exploration of improvement in polymer chemistry experiment based on the integration of industry and education:a case experiment of styrene-acrylic emulsion synthesis and performance test
苯丙乳液的合成与性能测试实验是高分子化学实验教学中的经典实验,将苯丙乳液的最新工业案例融入实验教学是实现产教融合的重要一环.现有教材采用辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)等乳化剂制备苯丙乳液,近年来OP-10因环保问题已被部分行业限用,此外现有教材的教学内容对苯丙乳液的实际应用涉及较少,不利于激发学生的学习兴趣.本实验基于产教融合的理念,采用环保的反应型乳化剂烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(SR-10)合成苯丙乳液,对乳化剂用量、引发剂用量和玻璃化转变温度等实验方案进行优化,使实验教学内容与工业生产和产业发展同步.实验按照最新行业标准检测苯丙乳液的性能,并将苯丙乳液配制成水性油墨用于丝网印刷,强化学生对行业标准的关注和应用,培养学生的工程实践能力,激发学生的学习兴趣.
The synthesis and performance evaluation of styrene-acrylic emulsion represents a classical experiment in polymer chemistry education.Incorporating contemporary industrial applications of styrene-acrylic emulsions into laboratory instruction is a crucial component for achieving effective integration of industry and education.Current teaching materials employ octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP-10)as an emulsifier.In recent years,OP-10 has been restricted by some industries due to environmental concerns.Furthermore,existing curricula are less involved practical applications of these emulsions,limiting the stimulation of students'interest.This experiment implements an industry-aligned approach by utilizing the environmentally friendly reactive emulsifier allyloxy fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate(SR-10)for emulsion synthesis.We optimized experimental parameters including emulsifier dosage,initiator concentration,and glass transition temperature to align with industrial practices.Performance evaluation followed updated industry standards,and the emulsion was used to water-based inks for screen printing.This experiment enhances students'awareness of industrial standards,develops their practical engineering skills,and increases their learning motivation.
