为确保现有堤顶道路的安全并避免大规模的挖掘和填埋,本研究针对某排涝泵站工程堤防穿越建筑物设计中的特殊环节,经过多方位的综合比较,最终决定采用顶管技术进行堤防穿越.该方案通过将大断面矩形顶管用作排涝泵站的出水压力管道,并对该压力涵的渗流稳定,以及下穿堤防所需的顶力进行计算分析.分析结果显示,穿堤涵洞渗流稳定符合规范要求,大断面矩形顶管顶力可满足主泵房提供的摩擦力.水利水电工程穿堤建筑物设计中采用大断面矩形顶管技术,可减少对项目周边的影响,研究成果可供类似项目施工参考.

To ensure the safety of the existing dike crest road and avoid large-scale excavation and backfilling,this study focuses on the special design links of the dike-crossing structure for a drainage pumping station project.After comprehensive comparison of multiple schemes,pipe jacking is finally adopted for dike crossing.In this scheme,a large cross-section rectangular jacking pipe is used as the outlet pressure pipeline of the pumping station.Calculations and analyses are conducted on the seepage stability of the pressure culvert and the jacking force required for dike undercrossing.The results show that the seepage stability of the dike-crossing culvert meets code requirements,and the frictional resistance of the main pump house can satisfy the required jacking force.The application of large cross-section rectangular pipe jacking in the design of dike-crossing structures for water conservancy and hydropower projects can minimize adverse impacts on surrounding areas.The findings provide a reference for similar engineering projects.
