优质抗病三系杂交稻明太优六三丝苗的选育与应用OA

Mingtaiyou Liusan Simiao,an indica three-line hybrid rice variety,is a new three-line hybrid indica rice variety with high quality and disease resistance developed by crossing female parent Mingtai A with male parent Liusan Simiao.This variety was enrolled in the regional trials of the medium-late maturing late indica rice group for the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,organized by the Sanming Municipal Seed Enterprise Rice Variety Trial Consortium from 2023 to 2024.Its whole growth duration was 120.2 days,which was 0.1 days later than that of the control variety Tianyou Huazhan.The average yield in the regional trials was 8 385.0 kg·hm-2,an increase of 3.3%over the control;the average yield in the production trials reached 8 796.0 kg·hm-2,also with a 3.3%yield increase.The comprehensive index of rice blast was 2.9 and 3.0 across the trial years,and its rice quality met the second-class national ministerial standard.The variety was officially approved by the National Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2025.The breeding process and main characteristics of Mingtaiyou Liusan Simiao were introduced in this paper,and the key points of seed production and cultivation techniques were summarized,so as to provide reference for its further industrial application.
