52份马铃薯种质资源维生素C含量检测与优异种质筛选OA
Detection of Vitamin C Content in 52 Potato Germplasms and Screening of Elite Germplasms
为筛选高维生素 C 含量的马铃薯种质资源,对 52 份来自全国 10 个育种单位的马铃薯种质资源进行了维生素 C 含量测定,并进行变异分析和聚类分析.结果表明:52 份马铃薯种质资源的维生素 C 含量变幅为 19.5~56.1 mg·hg-1,平均值为 36.5 mg·hg-1,变异系数达 19.8%,方差分析结果显示,不同种质资源间维生素 C 含量差异达极显著水平,表明供试材料中存在丰富的遗传变异.聚类分析将 52 份参试材料分为 5 类,其中,高维生素 C 类别包含 2 份种质资源,为土岩 2 号和中薯 26,维生素含量分别达 56.1 mg·hg-1 和 53.2 mg·hg-1;另外,较高类别的种质资源有 7 份,含量为 43.2~49.7 mg·hg-1.研究筛选出的高维生素 C 种质资源可为马铃薯营养品质育种和维生素 C 积累机制解析提供材料基础.
In order to screen the potato germplasm resources with high vitamin C content,the vitamin C content of 52 potato germplasm resources collected from 10 breeding institutions in China was determined,and the variation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out.The results showed that the vitamin C content of the 52 potato germplasm resources ranged from 19.5 to 56.1 mg·hg-1,with an average of 36.5 mg·hg-1,and the coefficient of variation was 19.8%.The results of variance analysis showed that the difference of vitamin C content among different germplasm resources was extremely significant,indicating that there were abundant genetic variations among the tested materials.The 52 tested materials were divided into five categories by cluster analysis.Among them,the high vitamin C category contained two germplasm resources,namely Tuyan No.2 and Zhongshu 26,with the vitamin contents of 56.1 and 53.2 mg·hg-1,respectively.In addition,there were 7 germplasm resources in the higher category,with a content ranging from 43.2 mg·hg-1 to 49.7 mg·hg-1.The high vitamin C germplasm resources screened in this study could provide material foundations for potato nutritional quality breeding and for elucidating the mechanisms of vitamin C accumulation.
