卵孢小奥德蘑的研究发展历程及栽培管理要点OA

Oudemansiella raphanipes is one of the emerging edible fungus planting varieties in recent years.Because of its tender and refreshing taste,extremely fresh taste,containing a variety of bioactive substances,it has high edible and medicinal value such as lowering blood pressure and regulating immunity,and has great potential for development and application.In this paper,the taxonomic status,development process of cultivation research and current situation of variety breeding of O.raphanipes were systematically reviewed.The key cultivation techniques such as cultivation mode,medium and cultivation formula,mushroom cultivation management and pest control were summarized in detail.The problems existing in the current industrial development,such as single variety,lagging breeding technology and imperfect supporting facilities for cultivation,were analyzed.The development directions of germplasm resource innovation,cultivation technology optimization,green prevention and control system construction and functional component mining were prospected,aiming to provide theoretical ideas and practical references for the in-depth research and industrial sustainable development of O.raphanipes.
