A green approach to natural products chemistry experiments:optimization and improvement of berberine hydrochloride preparation
针对传统的制备方法耗时长、效率低、废液量大等问题,本实验提出了一种无需纯化的盐酸小檗碱制备方法,同时增设了抗菌和抗氧化性测试模块,将原本验证性的小檗碱提取实验升级为多功能综合性实验.该实验将科教融合和思政教育有机融合,提升课程的创新性和挑战度,强化育人效果,促进学生综合素质的提高.
To overcome the limitations of traditional berberine hydrochloride preparation methods,such as prolonged duration,low efficiency,and excessive waste generation,this study proposes a purification-free preparation method.Furthermore,antimicrobial and antioxidant testing modules were incorporated into the original berberine hydrochloride preparation experiment,transforming it from a simple verification-based extraction into a multifunctional comprehensive experiment.This approach effectively integrates science education with ideological-political cultivation,enhances the curriculum's innovation and challenge level,strengthens educational outcomes,and promotes students'comprehensive development.
