为突破屏蔽式核主泵电机窄间隙焊接用埋弧焊焊材进口垄断,实现国产化替代,开展了EH11K埋弧焊丝与配套SJ11HR焊剂的研制.针对核主泵服役工况对焊材成分纯净度、窄间隙工艺适配性及低温韧性的严苛要求,选用氟碱型焊剂渣系并通过调整组分比例,解决了窄间隙预热工况下焊渣粘结、脱渣困难的核心工艺问题;针对熔敷金属-40℃低温韧性不足的短板,采用焊丝多元微合金化方案,大幅提升了其低温抗脆断能力.试验结果表明:优化后的焊材组合在窄间隙焊接中,能够实现渣壳自动脱渣,焊道成形平整、熔合良好;未稀释熔敷金属室温抗拉强度达540 MPa、屈服强度428 MPa、断后伸长率33%,-12.2℃冲击吸收能量平均值166.5 J,-40℃冲击吸收能量平均值125.9 J,落锤试验未断裂,各项性能均满足技术要求.该焊材的研制成功为屏蔽式核主泵电机全产业链国产化提供了关键支撑.

To break the import monopoly of submerged arc welding consumables for narrow-gap welding of shielded nuclear main pump motors and achieve localized replacement,the research and development of EH11K submerged arc weld-ing wires and their matching SJ11HR fluxes was carried out.Aiming at the stringent requirements of the nuclear main pump's service conditions on the compositional purity,narrow-gap process adaptability,and low-temperature toughness of welding consumables,a fluoro-alkaline flux slag system was selected.By adjusting the ratio of flux components,the core process is-sues of slag adhesion and difficult slag removal under narrow-gap preheating conditions were effectively solved.To address the shortcoming of insufficient low-temperature toughness of the deposited metal at-40℃,a multi-element microalloying scheme was applied to the EH11K welding wires,which significantly enhanced the low-temperature anti-brittle fracture ca-pacity of the deposited metal.Test results showed that during narrow-gap welding,the optimized combination of EH11K wires and SJ11HR fluxes achieved automatic detachment of the slag crust,with smooth weld bead formation and excellent inter-layer fusion.For the undiluted deposited metal prepared by this consumable combination,the room-temperature tensile strength reached 540 MPa,the yield strength was 428 MPa,and the elongation after fracture was 33%.The average impact absorption energy was 166.5 J at-12.2℃ and 125.9 J at-40℃,and no fracture occurred in the drop-weight test at-40℃.All performance indicators fully met the technical requirements of the nuclear main pump project.The successful develop-ment of this localized welding consumable provides key technical support for the localization of the entire industrial chain of shielded nuclear main pump motors.
