地铁交叠车站超深基坑施工对既有线的影响OA
Impact of Ultra-deep Foundation Pit Construction of Overlapping Metro Stations on Existing Lines
地铁交叠车站深基坑开挖会导致周边一定范围内土体的应力状态和力学性质发生改变,对既有地铁线产生不良影响.因此,研究开挖扰动对于基坑整体变形的影响进而明确超深基坑施工对既有线的影响十分重要.以南京地铁六号线明故宫交叠车站超深基坑工程为背景,通过Plaxis3D数值模拟方法,对明故宫站南、北基坑开挖后基坑整体结构变形特性进行分析,研究了复杂环境条件下超深基坑开挖对既有线的影响.结果表明:基坑开挖完成后,竖向位移方面,既有上行线轨道、下行线轨道及既有线车站产生的沉降分别为-1.48 mm、-1.22 mm 和-8.19 mm,采用顺逆组合工法开挖的南基坑使既有线产生的沉降占总沉降量的69.84%,逆作法对于基坑和既有线轨道变形有较好的控制效果;水平位移方面,既有上行线轨道、下行线轨道及既有线车站产生的位移分别为2.61 mm、2.37 mm和11.83 mm,方向均朝向南基坑,开挖会导致道床向基坑开挖侧偏移,与基坑之间距离越近,轨道位移响应越大.
Excavation of deep foundation pits at the overlapping metro station leads to changes in the stress state and mechanical properties of the soil within a certain range of the surrounding area,which adversely affects the existing metro lines.Therefore,it is important to study the influence of excava-tion disturbance on the overall pit deformation,and then clarify the impact of ultra-deep foundation pit construction on existing metro lines.Taking the ultra-deep foundation pit project of the Minggugong overlapping station of Nanjing Metro Line 6 as the background,the deformation characteristics of the overall pit structure after excavation of the south and north foundation pits of Minggugong station were analyzed using the Plaxis3D numerical simulation method,and the influence of ultra-deep foundation pit excavation on the existing lines under complex environmental conditions was investigated.The re-sults showed that after the pit excavation was completed,in terms of vertical displacement,the settle-ments of the existing up-line track,down-line track,and existing line station were-1.48 mm,-1.22 mm,and-8.19 mm,respectively.The settlement of the existing line caused by the south pit,which was excavated using a combination of inverse and sequential construction methods,ac-counted for 69.84% of the total settlement,and the inverse method had a better control effect on the deformation of the pit and the existing line track.In terms of horizontal displacement,the displace-ments of existing up-line track,down-line track,and existing line station were 2.61 mm,2.37 mm,and 11.83 mm,respectively,and the direction was towards the south pit.Excavation caused the track bed to shift towards the excavation side of the pit,and the closer the distance to the pit,the larger the track displacement response.
