不同强光处理时长对大豆气孔性状及光合响应强光的影响OA
Influence of Different Durations of High Light Treatment on Soybean Stomatal Traits and Photosynthetic Response to High Light
为明确不同耐荫性大豆的气孔和光合性状对强光时长的响应,选用耐荫性弱的桂夏7 号和耐荫性强的南豆12为试验材料,设置午间强光的光合光子通量密度(Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density,PPFD)为1 200 μmol·m-2·s-1、时长分别为 30,150 和 200 min(L1~L3 处理),其余时段 PPFD 为 150 μmol·m-2·s-1,以全天稳定光强(400 μmol·m-2·s-1)为对照(CK),分析不同光照处理对大豆的光合特性、气孔性状、气孔诱导速率和光合诱导速率的影响.结果表明:增加午间强光时长有利于提高大豆叶片的光合能力,桂夏7 号和南豆12 处理L3 的最大净光合速率比 L1 分别显著升高88.58%和9.61%;适度增加午间强光时长有利于增加大豆叶片初始气孔导度和气孔诱导速率,大豆叶片初始气孔导度和气孔诱导速率均与光合诱导速率呈显著正相关,因此适度增加午间强光时长有利于增加大豆叶片的光合诱导速率;同时,与稳定光处理相比,变化光强处理下大豆光合诱导速率更快,南豆12 中 L1、L2 和L3 处理下光合诱导速率分别比 CK 显著升高36.34%、45.45%和9.05%.说明适当增加午间光照时长更有利于增强大豆的光合能力、初始气孔导度和气孔诱导速率,从而增加大豆的光合诱导速率,促进 CO2 固定.研究结果可为提高带状复合种植模式下大豆光合诱导速率提供理论支撑.
To clarify the responses of stomatal and photosynthetic traits of soybeans with different shade tolerance to the duration of midday strong light,Guixia 7(low shade tolerance)and Nandou 12(high shade tolerance)were selected as experimental materials.The photosynthetic photon flux density(PPFD)was set at1 200 μmol·m-2·s-1 for midday strong light,with durations of 30(L1),150(L2),and200 min(L3),respectively.The PPFD was 150 μmol·m-2·s-1 for the remaining periods.A stable light intensity of 400 μmol·m-2·s-1 throughout the day was used as the control(CK).The influence of different light treatments on the photosynthetic characteristics,stomatal traits,stomatal induction rate,and photosynthetic induction rate of soybean were analyzed.The results showed that increasing the duration of midday strong light was beneficial to enhancing the photosynthetic capacity of soybean leaves.The maximum net photosynthetic rate of Guixia 7 and Nandou 12 in treatment L3 was significantly higher than that in L1 by 88.58%and 9.61%,respectively.Moderately increasing the duration of midday strong light was conducive to increasing the initial stomatal conductance and stomatal induction rate of soybean leaves.Both the initial stomatal conductance and stomatal induction rate were significantly positively correlated with the photosynthetic induction rate.Therefore,moderately increasing the duration of midday strong light was beneficial to increasing the photosynthetic induction rate of soybean leaves.Meanwhile,compared with the stable light treatment,the photosynthetic induction rate of soybeans was faster under the variable light intensity treatment.The photosynthetic induction rates of L1,L2,and L3 treatments in Nandou 12 were significantly higher than those of CK by 36.34%,45.45%,and 9.05%,respectively.This indicates that appropriately increasing the duration of midday light is more conducive to enhancing the photosynthetic capacity,initial stomatal conductance,and stomatal induction rate of soybeans,thereby increasing the photosynthetic induction rate and promoting CO2 fixation.The research results can provide theoretical support for improving the photosynthetic induction rate of soybeans in the strip intercropping system.
