考虑多维不确定信息的综合需求响应风险控制策略OA
Integrated Demand Response Risk Control Strategy Considering Multiple Uncertain Information
"双碳"目标推动了能源供给由传统化石能源向可再生能源的转型,但同时对能源系统的供需平衡提出了新的挑战,综合需求响应(integrated demand response,IDR)被视为调节能源系统供需平衡的有效手段.IDR中用户的不确定信息是影响IDR实施效果的关键因素,但现有关于用户不确定信息的研究仅考虑了响应不确定信息,忽略了参与不确定信息;同时,也鲜有研究关注不确定信息所引发的响应风险及其对综合能源服务商(integrated energy service provider,IESP)决策的影响.基于委托-代理理论中不确定信息下的最优激励合同与马科维茨的均值-方差投资组合理论建立了一种新的激励型IDR的模型,提出一种考虑多维不确定信息的综合需求响应风险控制策略;通过构建多维不确定信息下的用户模型,与基于委托-代理理论与均值-方差投资组合理论的IESP模型,实现了对用户不确定信息与IESP所承担风险的有效建模;并通过算例验证了该模型的优越性,不仅有利于降低综合能源服务商的成本,还有利于提升用户参与IDR的效益,实现多方共赢.
The"dual carbon"goal has accelerated the transition of the energy supply from traditional fossil fuels to renewable energy,but it has also aggravated the imbalance between supply and demand in energy systems.Integrated demand response(IDR)is an effective means to maintain the balance between supply and demand.In IDR,uncertainty information on the demand side is a key factor affecting the implementation effect of IDR.However,most existing studies on user uncertainty information just researched response-uncertainty information of users,neglecting the impact of participation-uncertainty information of them.Moreover,existing research failed to consider response risk caused by these uncertain information in the modeling of IDR.They did not deeply investigate the impact of response risk on integrated energy service provider(IESP)strategies.This paper establishes a new incentive IDR model based on the principal-agent theory of optimal incentive contracts under uncertain information and Markowitz's mean-variance portfolio theory,coupled with a risk control strategy under multi-dimension uncertain information.The user model considering multi-dimension uncertain information and the IESP model based on principal-agent theory and Markowitz's mean-variance portfolio theory are proposed to solve the problem of uncertain information and corresponding risks.The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by numerical examples,which not only helps reduce the cost of integrated energy service providers but also helps improve the users' benefits,achieving a win-win situation for all parties.
