Reasons and Countermeasures for Coking in High-Temperature Reheater Area of a Four-Corner Tangential Boiler
针对某电厂四角切圆锅炉高温再热器区域结焦的问题,详细分析了结焦的原因,并进行了燃烧优化调整试验,包括一次风速调平、煤粉细度调整、二次风调整及燃尽风调整试验.机组按照调整后的方式运行后,锅炉未出现明显的结焦现象,飞灰、炉渣可燃物含量下降明显,两侧运行氧量偏差减小,保证了机组运行安全,提高了锅炉热效率,可为存在类似问题的同类型机组提供参考.
According to the problem of coking in the high-temperature reheater area of the four-corner tangential boiler in a certain power plant,it analyzes the causes of coking in detail and carries out combustion optimization adjustment tests,including primary air velocity leveling,pulverized coal fineness adjustment,secondary air adjustment and burnout air adjustment tests.After the unit is ope-rated in the adjusted manner,no obvious coking phenomenon occurred in the boiler.The combustible content of fly ash and slag decrease significantly,and the oxygen deviation on both sides of the operation decrease,ensuring the safe operation of the unit,improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler,and providing a reference for similar units of the same type with similar problems.
