It analyzes the working principle and structural characteristics,and then elaborates on the preparatory work before system commissioning,the key technical points during the commissioning process,and the diagnosis and treatment measures for typical abnormal situations.Through practical cases,it analyzes the common fault phenomena such as the decrease in hydrogen purity,fluctuations in sealing oil pressure,and oil ingress into the generator during system operation,as well as their root causes,and proposes targeted optimization suggestions and maintenance strategies.It provides a reference for improving the operational reliability of the sealing oil system of hydrogen-cooled generators.
