Research on the Synergistic Optimization of Virtual Power Plants Considering Energy Storage and Flexible Loads in the Energy-Peak Regulation Market
为推动新能源高比例接入与电力市场机制的深度融合,文章针对当前虚拟电厂优化调度中存在的经济性目标单一、可再生能源消纳不足及多市场耦合机制缺乏系统建模等共性问题,提出一种融合电能量市场与调峰服务市场的多目标协同优化策略模型.模型以新能源消纳量、虚拟电厂利润和负荷侧用电成本为三大优化目标,全面考虑风电、光伏、燃气轮机、储能系统及柔性负荷等多元资源特性及运行约束,构建源-荷-储一体化协调机制.为解决多目标模型的复杂求解问题,设计了改进的多目标霜冰优化算法,通过引入冻结扰动因子与非支配排序策略,实现解集分布均匀性与全局收敛性的提升.基于我国西北地区某实际聚合虚拟电厂算例的仿真结果表明,所提模型在提升新能源综合消纳率、降低系统运行成本及增强市场响应能力方面均优于现有优化方法,在多市场耦合条件下具有可行性与先进性.
To promote the deep integration of high-proportion renewable energy access with electricity market mechanisms,this paper proposes a multi-objective power-forecasting and optimal dispatch model for virtual power plants,targeting the current context of renewable energy market participation and coordinated,market-based regulation.Firstly,renewable energy consumption is introduced as an independent objective function,forming a tri-objective optimization framework together with the maximization of VPP profits and the minimization of electricity costs on the demand side.Secondly,the model comprehensively considers the dispatch characteristics and operational constraints of diverse resources,including wind power,photovoltaics,gas turbines,energy storage systems,and flexible loads.A source-load-storage coordinated control model is constructed,and market participation strategies are modeled by incorporating time-of-use electricity pricing and load response compensation mechanisms.Finally,an improved multi-objective Rime Optimization Algorithm is applied to a real-world VPP case in Northwest China.Simulation results show that the proposed model effectively enhances overall renewable energy consumption and achieves coordinated optimization of dispatch economy and system flexibility in a multi-market environment,verifying the model's feasibility and effectiveness under complex market mechanisms.
