配电网SVG区域故障成因分析及研究OA
Analysis and Research on Causes of Regional Faults in Distribution Network SVG
针对配电网静止无功发生装置(static var generator,SVG)区域故障频发的问题,通过统计分析辽宁地区 10 kV SVG 的运行数据,结合大容量真型试验,复现功率模块击穿、通信链路中断及冷却系统失效等典型故障过程,从设备设计、散热系统、通信可靠性及运维管理等多维度分析故障成因,提出功率模块三防工艺优化、光纤通信冗余设计、风冷/水冷系统改进及标准化运维规程等系统性改进措施.通过真型试验验证了多因素耦合作用下的故障机理,并形成具有针对性的综合解决方案.结果表明,所提方法可有效降低设备故障率,为提升配电网 SVG 可靠运行提供了支撑与实践依据.
According to the problem of frequent regional faults of static var generator(SVG)devices in distribution networks,through statistical analysis of the operation data of 10 kV SVG in Liaoning area,combined with large-capacity true-type tests,it reproduces typical fault processes such as power module breakdown,communication link interruption and cooling system failure.It analyzes the causes of faults from multiple dimensions such as equipment design,heat dissipation system,communication reliability and operation and maintenance management.It proposes systematic improvement measures such as optimizing the three-proof process of power modu-les,redundant design of optical fiber communication,improvement of air cooling/water cooling systems,and standardization of opera-tion and maintenance procedures.It verifies the fault mechanism under the coupling effect of multiple factors through true-type testing and forms a targeted comprehensive solution.The results show that the proposed method can reduce the equipment failure rate,provi-ding support and practical basis for improving the reliable operation of SVG in the distribution network.
