同步调相机与特高压直流无功协调控制策略研究OA

特高压直流(ultra high voltage direct current,UHVDC)换流站无功控制功能(reactive power control,RPC)在投切滤波器时,换流站与交流系统之间会产生一定容量的无功交换,从而引起交流系统电压波动,进一步导致换流变压器分接开关频繁动作,影响直流系统的稳定运行.同步调相机凭借其快速、连续调节无功功率的特性,可有效平抑滤波器投切所引起的无功功率出力瞬时变化,将投切后换流站与交流系统的无功交换量调节至零,使换流站母线稳态电压维持在最佳水平.基于此,提出一种同步调相机与特高压直流无功协调控制策略,以平衡换流站与交流系统间的无功交换,保障直流系统的稳定运行.

When the reactive power control(RPC)function of the ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC)converter station swi-tches the filter,a certain capacity of reactive power exchange will occur between the converter station and the AC system.This causes voltage fluctuations in the AC system,further leading to frequent actions of the tap changer of the converter transformer and affecting the stable operation of the DC system.Synchronous condensers,with their characteristics of rapid and continuous adjustment of reac-tive power,can effectively smooth out the instantaneous changes in reactive power output caused by the switching of filters.After switching,adjust the reactive power exchange between the converter station and the AC system to zero to maintain the steady-state volt-age of the converter station bus at the optimal level.Based on this,it proposes a coordinated control strategy for synchronous conden-sers and ultra-high voltage DC reactive power to balance the reactive power exchange between the converter station and the AC system and ensure the stable operation of the DC system.
