山西小巷旧城市政基础设施微更新探索OA

From the perspective of urban renewal theory,this paper takes the east area of Xinzhou Ancient City as a case for study.Through field investigation and literature review,it investigates and analyzes the old municipal infrastructure in small alleys of Shanxi.It is found that there are problems of aging facilities,lagged funtional allocation,conflicted layout and landscape,and insufficient planning coordination in this area.Thus,the paper establishes five planning principles,predicts the goals and proposes the micro transformation model of"one policy for one alley".In terms of roads,and water drainage,etc.,it proposes the planning measures and implements the security plan.It has important practical value for improving the current conditions of the old municipal infrastructure in the small alleys of Shanxi,and also provides a demonstration for the renewal of old municipal infrastructure in similar alleys throughout the country.
