Space Layout and Flow Design of Pallet-Style High-Bay Warehouses:A Case Study of a Smart Supply Chain Center Project in Dongguan

在城市土地集约利用与智慧物流产业发展驱动下,盘道式高层物流仓库成为现代仓储设施升级的核心方向.为解决物流仓库在高密度开发背景下空间利用率不足、货流组织混乱等问题,文章以东莞越海智慧供应链中心项目为例,从园区总体布局等多维度研究盘道式高层仓库空间布局与流线设计的关键技术及优化方法.研究表明,盘道式高层仓库通过一体化设计可提升运行效率与安全水平,消除交叉拥堵与安全隐患,其空间模式可适配现代物流作业要求.研究成果可为同类物流仓库规划提供参考.

Driven by the intensive utilization of urban land and the development of smart logistics industry,spiral-type high-rise logistics warehouses have become the core direction for upgrading modern warehousing facilities.To address issues such as insufficient space utilization and chaotic cargo flow organization in logistics warehouses under high-density development,taking Dongguan Yuehai Smart Supply Chain Center as an example,this paper explores the key technologies and optimization methods for the spatial layout and streamline design of spiral-type high-rise warehouses from multiple dimensions,including the overall layout of the park.The research indicates that spiral-type high-rise warehouses can enhance operational efficiency and safety through integrated design.Measures can be taken to eliminate cross congestion and potential safety hazards,and their spatial model can adapt to modern logistics operation requirements.The research findings can provide a reference for the planning of similar logistics warehouses.
