The Optimization of Urban Block Spaces Based on Children's Behavioral Needs:A Case of the Child-Friendly Blocks in Mile City
城市街区是现代城市景观的重要组成部分,其功能不仅服务于城市公共空间的美观性,还是促进市民生活、社交和休闲的重要场所.然而,随着城市化进程的加快和人口结构的变化,城市街区的空间设计逐渐暴露出与儿童行为需求不匹配的问题.文章通过分析弥勒市儿童友好街区的案例,研究儿童在城市街区中的行为特点及其对空间使用的影响,提出基于儿童行为需求的城市公共空间优化策略.
Urban blocks are an important part of modern urban landscapes.Their function not only serves the aesthetic appeal of urban public spaces,but also acts as a crucial place for promoting citizens'daily life,social interaction,and leisure activities.However,with the acceleration of urbanization and changes in population structure,the spatial design of urban blocks has gradually exposed mismatches with children's behavioral needs.This paper analyzes the case of child-friendly block on Zhongshan Road of Mile City to study the children's behavioral characteristics in urban blocks and their impact on space utilization,thereby proposing the optimization strategies for urban public spaces based on children's behavioral needs.
