泉域富水环境下大明湖区段地铁车站基于BIM技术的保泉与文保方案研究OA
Analysis on BIM Technology-Based Spring Protection and Cultural Relic Preservation Scheme for the Subway Station in Daming Lake Section under Water-Rich Karst Environment
文章聚焦泉域富水环境下的地铁暗挖车站建设,以济南轨道交通 6 号线大明湖区段为研究对象,探索生态保泉与文保需求下合理的车站方案.针对泉域地下水敏感、文保与施工冲突等难点,提出三大创新体系:采用不降水暗挖工艺,通过"管幕支护+全断面精准注浆"技术,在 30 m 深基坑和暗挖中实现地下水零扰动;构建"地质-水文-结构-文保"多维度模型,实现 BIM 施工方案模拟与工艺参数优化;采用分层复合设计,将地铁站与文保遗址等文化地标联动,实现文保与功能立体融合,提升地下空间的文化价值,形成"工艺创新-数字赋能-文保升级"的解决方案,为泉域地铁建设提供技术范式,助力城市轨道交通与生态环境的协同发展.
Focusing on the construction of a subway mined station in a water-rich karst spring region,this paper takes Daming Lake section of Jinan Rail Transit Line 6 as the research object to explore the reasonable station solutions under the requirements of ecological spring protection and cultural heritage preservation.In view of the challenges such as the sensitivity of groundwater in the spring region and conflicts between cultural preservation and construction,three innovative systems are proposed:a non-dewatering excavation method,utilizing the"pipe-roof support+full-section precise grouting"technique to achieve zero disturbance to groundwater during the excavation of a 30-meter-deep foundation pit and mined sections.The establishment of a multi-dimensional"geology-hydrology-structure-cultural preservation"model enables the simulation of construction scheme and the optimization of process parameters based on BIM.The adoption of a layered composite design that integrates the subway station with cultural landmarks such as heritage sites,achieves the three-dimensional fusion of cultural preservation and functionality while enhancing the cultural value of underground space.This forms a"technological innovation-digital empowerment-cultural preservation upgrading"solution,providing a technical paradigm for subway construction in spring regions and promoting the coordinated development of urban rail transit and the ecological environment.
