纺织工业智能化的发展现状与展望OA
The Current Development Status and Prospects of Intelligentization of Textile Industry
在"双碳"目标与工业5.0 人本回归的宏观背景下,纺织工业正经历从传统劳动密集型向技术密集型的范式转移.基于近期前沿文献,系统综述了纺织工业智能化的演进路径:在生产端,聚焦于工业4.0 框架下的数据驱动制造,涵盖纺织材料智能化生产、设备预测性维护、机器视觉质检和纺织智能服务系统;在产品端,重点阐述以智能纺织品为核心的智能可穿戴系统,分析纳米功能材料、多模态传感与自供电技术的突破;在环境端,探讨人工智能赋能绿色制造的协同增效机制.最后,展望了生成式AI、4D打印等前沿方向,并剖析了当前面临的数据孤岛、跨学科人才短缺及伦理挑战,为纺织科学与工程领域的未来研究提供参考.
Under the macro background of the"dual carbon"goals and the human-centered return of In-dustry 5.0,the textile industry is undergoing a paradigm shift from traditional labor-intensive mode to technology-intensive mode.Based on recent cutting-edge literature,the evolutionary path of textile industry intelligentiza-tion was reviewed systematically in this paper.On the production side,data-driven manufacturing was focused on under the Industry 4.0 framework,covering intelligent production of textile materials,predictive maintenance of equipment,machine vision quality inspection and textile intelligent service systems.On the product side,intelli-gent wearable systems centered around smart textiles were highlighted,analyzing breakthroughs in nano-function-al materials,multi-modal sensing and self-powered technologies.On the environmental side,the synergistic en-hancement mechanism of artificial intelligence-enabled green manufacturing was explored.Finally,the cutting-edge directions such as generative AI and 4D printing were prospected,and current problems such as data silos,shortage of interdisciplinary talents and ethical challenges were analyzed,which provided references for future re-search in the field of textile science and engineering.
