聚偏二氟乙烯非晶体结构热稳定性研究OA
Study on the Thermal Stability ofAmorphous Structure of Polyvinylidene Fluoride
本次研究探索了聚偏二氟乙烯非晶体结构热稳定性,开展了中红外(MIR)光谱组学实验研究,包括MIR光谱(包括:一维MIR光谱和二阶导数MIR光谱)及变温MIR光谱(包括:一维变温MIR光谱和二阶导数变温MIR光谱).实验发现聚偏二氟乙烯非晶体结构具有三个特征峰,包括:v-2-非晶体结构、v-3-非晶体结构和v-4-非晶体结构.随着测定温度的升高,聚偏二氟乙烯非晶体结构吸收峰吸收波数及强度变化均存在着一定的差异性.其中v-3-非晶体结构对应的非晶体结构的热稳定性要弱于v-2-非晶体结构对应的非晶体结构.MIR光谱组学可以快速开展聚偏二氟乙烯非晶体结构热稳定性研究.
The thermal stability of the amorphous structure of polyvinylidene fluoride was investigated.Mid-dle infrared(MIR)spectroscopy studies were conducted including MIR spectroscopy(including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy and second-derivative MIR spectroscopy)and temperature-dependent MIR spectroscopy(in-cluding one-dimensional temperature-dependent MIR spectroscopy and second-derivative temperature-depend-ent MIR spectroscopy).The experiments revealed that the amorphous structure of polyvinylidene fluoride exhibi-ted three characteristic peaks including v-2-amorphous structure,v-3-amorphous structure and v-4-amorphous structure.As the measure-ment temperature increased,variations were observed in both the absorption wave numbers and intensities of the peaks corresponding to the amorphous structure of polyvinylidene fluoride.Notably,the thermal stability of the a-morphous structure corresponding to v-3-amorphous structure was weaker than that of the amorphous structure correspond-ing to the v-2-amorphous structure.MIR spectroscopy can facilitate rapid research on the thermal stability of the amor-phous structure of polyvinylidene fluoride.
