柞蚕丝织物光泽及影响因素研究OA

Tussah silk is a natural protein fiber derived from tussah silkworms.Glossiness serves as a key indicator for evaluating the appearance quality of tussah silk fabrics.To investigate the effects of weave structure and yarn configuration on the fabric glossiness,three yarns with different tussah silk contents were selected to fab-ricate tussah silk fabric samples by changing weave structure,yarn type and warp-weft yarn configuration,and the comparative glossiness(GC)of the samples was measured.The results indicated that tussah silk fabrics ex-hibited higher comparative glossiness when warp and weft weave points were identical.Increasing the average float length(T)could enhance fabric glossiness.Using yarns with finer and fewer hairy fibers helped to improve comparative glossiness,and yarns with larger exposed surface areas exerted greater influence on the glossiness.
