目的 由于医疗器械种类繁多,不同器械的感染防控要求和方法各异,导致消毒清洗质量合格率较低.因此,本文引入过氧化氢消毒技术,研究该技术在医疗器械感染防控中的应用效果.方法 选取某医院在特定临床环境中具有代表性的9 895个可重复使用的医疗器械作为研究对象.这些医疗器械广泛应用于该医院的各个临床科室,涉及多种疾病的诊断、治疗和护理过程.在对各类感染风险因素进行详细分析的基础上,运用科学的统计方法和风险评估模型,精确计算出每个风险因素对应的感染风险系数.通过对这些系数的量化分析和比较,最终筛选出6种具有较高感染风险的评估项目.根据不同医疗器械的特点和感染风险程度,选择过氧化氢消毒剂、施药器械以及施药方式,结合器械消毒合格率、医院感染发病率以及器械灭菌效果等指标,分析消毒技术在医疗器械感染防控中的应用效果.结果 在医疗器械感染防控中运用消毒技术后,医疗器械的消毒清洗质量合格率均在80%以上,有效提高医疗器械的感染防控管理效果.腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸(adenosinetriphosphate,ATP)含量始终保持在200 amol/件之内,有较好的消毒效果,各项生物指标检测合格.结论 该技术能够有效提高医疗器械感染防控措施的实施效果,不仅能够满足临床对医疗器械消毒清洗的高质量要求,还为优化医疗器械感染防控措施提供了一种可行且有效的解决方案.

Objective Because there are many kinds of medical devices and different requirements and methods of infection prevention and control,the qualified rate of disinfection and cleaning quality is low.Therefore,this paper introduces hydrogen peroxide disinfection technology to study the application effect of this technology in the prevention and control of infection of medical devices.Methods This study selected 9 895 reusable medical devices which were representative in a specific clinical environment of a hospital as research objects.These medical devices were widely used in various clinical departments of the hospital,involving the diagnosis,treatment and nursing process of a variety of diseases.On the basis of detailed analysis of various risk factors of infection,the infection risk coefficient corresponding to each risk factor was calculated accurately by scientific statistical method and risk assessment model.Through the quantitative analysis and comparison of these coefficients,six evaluation items with higher risk of infection were finally selected.According to the characteristics and infection risk degree of different medical devices,hydrogen peroxide disinfectant,application equipment and application method were selected,and the application effect of disinfection technology in the prevention and control of infection of medical devices was analyzed in combination with the qualified rate of disinfection of devices,the incidence rate of hospital infection and the sterilization effect of devices.Results After the application of disinfection technology in infection prevention and control of medical devices,the qualified rate of disinfection and cleaning quality of medical devices was more than 80%,which effectively improved the effect of infection prevention and control management of medical devices.Adenosinetriphosphate(ATP)content was always maintained within 200 amol/piece,had a good disinfection effect,and the biological indicators were qualified.Conclusions This technology can effectively improve the implementation effect of infection prevention and control measures for medical devices,not only meet the high quality requirements of clinical disinfection and cleaning of medical devices,but also provide a feasible and effective solution for optimizing infection prevention and control measures for medical devices.
