目的 探讨PDCA(plan,do,check and action,计划、实施、检查和处理)循环和鱼骨图等管理手段在医用超声诊断设备管理中的应用价值,以期提高医疗设备管理水平.方法 确定PDCA循环的步骤,并根据因果分析进行现状调研和措施制定,观察实施PDCA循环管理前后医用超声诊断设备检测覆盖率和合格率、超声探头测量参数、维修次数和时长等相关情况,并利用三级评价指标进行综合打分.结果 实施PDCA循环后,医用超声诊断设备覆盖率、合格率均有明显降低(P<0.05);超声探头的大部分测量参数均有不同程度的改善;维修次数从2.76台次降低至1.77台次(P=0.004),单台维修工作时长从10.30 h降低至5.88 h(P=0.001);综合评价得分也从33.90分增加至56.91分(P<0.001).结论运用PDCA循环管理办法可以改善医用超声诊断设备的问题现状,有效提升设备管理质量,提高临床服务质量.

Objective To explore the application value of PDCA(plan,do,check and action)cycle and fishbone chart in the management of medical ultrasonic diagnostic equipment,so as to improve the management level of medical equipment.Methods The steps of PDCA cycle were determined,and the status quo investigation and measures were made according to causal analysis.The detection coverage and qualification rate of medical ultrasonic diagnostic equipment,ultrasonic probe measurement parameters,maintenance times and duration were observed before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle management,and the three-level evaluation indicators were used for comprehensive scoring.Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle,the coverage rate and qualified rate of medical ultrasonic diagnostic equipment were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Most of the measurement parameters of the ultrasonic probe have been improved to varying degrees.The number of maintenance decreased from 2.76 to 1.77(P=0.004),and the working time of single maintenance decreased from 10.30 hours to 5.88 hours(P=0.001).The overall evaluation score also increased from 33.90 to 56.91(P<0.001).Conclusions The application of PDCA cycle management can improve the current situation of medical ultrasonic diagnostic equipment,effectively improve the quality of equipment management,and improve the quality of clinical service.
