高密度历史城区新发现不可移动文物普查路径探索OA

Exploring Survey Approaches for Newly Discovered Immovable Cultural Heritage in High-Density Historic Districts:A Case Study of the Fourth National Cultural Heritage Survey in Xicheng District,Beijing

高密度历史城区作为文化遗产的核心承载地,不可移动文物普查工作面临资源类型多样、空间格局复杂、线索分布碎片化等突出挑战,第四次全国文物普查首次系统强调新发现不可移动文物的识别与认定.以北京市西城区第四次全国文物普查为例,探讨新发现不可移动文物的系统化普查路径.通过制定《北京市西城区第四次全国文物普查工作手册》,首次提出在全过程可操作、全链条可追溯、成果输出可转化的目标导向下,形成"线索预筛-现场核验-线索管理-建档入库"的四步骤普查路径,实现了对新发现线索的识别、研判与管理.总结了高密度历史城区文物普查的实践经验,也为其他类似城市空间中的遗产识别与保护提供了可借鉴的路径.

As the core bearing area of cultural heritage,the census of immovable cultural relics in high-density historical urban areas faces outstanding challenges such as diverse resource types,complex spatial pattern and fragmented clue distribution.The fourth national cultural relics survey systematically emphasizes the identification and identification of newly discovered immovable cultural relics for the first time.Taking the fourth national cultural relics survey in Xicheng District of Beijing as an example,this paper discusses the Relics Census in Xicheng District of Beijing',it is proposed for the first time that under the goal orientation of systematic survey path of newly discovered immovable cultural relics.By formulating the'Work Manual of the Fourth National Cultural operable in the whole process,traceable in the whole chain,and transformable in the output of results',a four-step census path of'clue pre-screening-on-site verification-clue management-archiving and warehousing'is formed,which realizes the identification,judgment and management of newly discovered clues.This paper summarizes the practical experience of cultural relics survey in high-density historical urban areas,and also provides a reference path for heritage identification and protection in other similar urban spaces.
