适老需求导向下北京北草厂胡同步行空间优化策略研究OA

Taking Beicaochang Hutong in Xicheng District,Beijing,as the research object and proceeding from the actual needs of the elderly,this study employs interviews,questionnaires,and field observations.It is found that pedestrian space is limited,and that the current spatial supply and management model fails to effectively meet the elderly's needs for safety,comfort,and inclusiveness,indicating a supply-demand mismatch.Based on these findings,a collaborative optimization framework from diagnosis to design to governance is constructed:at the design level,an optimization strategy from surface to line to point is proposed,which adjusts the right-of-way order through integrated interfaces,ensures the smoothness of the route through linear repair,and enhances care for the elderly through node empowerment;at the governance level,a participatory and lightweight optimization path is proposed to ensure the sustainable implementation of the design strategies.The results show that under highly constrained environments,shifting from"designing for the elderly"to"designing with the elderly"is a feasible and sustainable approach to enhance humanistic care and social justice in urban space.
