基于无人机影像的高寒草甸两种鼠类种群分布的影响因子OA

为阐明青海省高寒草甸生境因子对高原鼠兔(Ochotona curzoniae)与高原鼢鼠(Myospalax baileyi)种群分布的作用机制,验证一种采集鼠害信息的方法,本研究基于无人机影像,通过人工目视解译的方式获取水源、人类居住地、坡度、坡向、地貌和海拔 6 个影响害鼠分布的主要因子信息,分析这些因子对高原鼠兔鼠洞和高原鼢鼠鼠丘分布的影响.结果表明,高原鼠兔鼠洞与高原鼢鼠鼠丘数量随水源距离增加,呈先升高后降低的趋势,数量最多的分布范围均在 51~100 m;高原鼠兔鼠洞与高原鼢鼠鼠丘数量随人类居住地距离增加呈逐渐升高趋势,且在 201~250 m最多;高原鼠兔对坡向的选择更倾向于南向或偏南向的阳坡,而高原鼢鼠则更倾向于选择阴坡;高原鼠兔鼠洞和高原鼢鼠鼠丘均集中分布于坡度为 0°~5°的地区;高原鼠兔鼠洞集中分布在海拔 3 751~4 000 m,高原鼢鼠鼠丘集中分布在 4 000~4 050 m.通过无人机采集鼠害信息的方法相比人工采集优势明显,能有效降低监测成本,同时验证了无人机技术在青藏高原高寒草甸鼠害防控中的监测与应用效能.

To elucidate the mechanisms by which habitat factors affect the population distribution of plateau pika(Ochotona curzoniae)and plateau zokor(Myospalax baileyi)in alpine meadows of Qinghai Province and verify an efficient method for monitoring rodent damage,this study was based on drone imagery and manual visual interpretation was used to obtain information on six main factors that affect the distribution of rodent pests:water source,human habitat,slope,aspect,topography,and altitude.The impacts of these factors on the distribution of plateau pika burrows and plateau zokor mounds were analyzed.The results showed that the numbers of plateau pika burrows and plateau zokor mounds initially increased and then decreased as the distance from water sources increased,peaking within the range of 51-100 m.The numbers of plateau pika burrows and plateau zokor mounds exhibited a gradually increasing trend with the distance from human settlements,peaking at 201-250 m.The plateau pikas preferred south-facing or semi-sunny slopes,whereas the plateau zokors favored shady slopes.The plateau pika burrows and plateau zokor mounds were both concentrated in areas with slopes of 0°-5°.The plateau pika burrows were primarily distributed at altitudes of 3 751-4 000 m,but the plateau zokor mounds were most abundant at 4 000-4 050 m.The method of collecting rodent damage information through drones had obvious advantages over manual collection,which can effectively reduce monitoring costs and verify the monitoring efficiency of UAV technology in preventing and controlling rodent damage in the alpine meadows of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.
