以盐生植物辽宁碱蓬(Suaeda liaotungensis)二型种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度的钼(Mo)和汞(Hg)对二型种子幼苗生长及生理特性的影响,探究种子幼苗对重金属 Mo 和 Hg 的耐受性,为开发和利用辽宁碱蓬修复重金属污染的盐碱地提供理论依据.结果表明,辽宁碱蓬二型种子幼苗的根长及茎长、根和茎的耐受指数均随着 Mo2+和 Hg2+浓度升高而下降.黑色种子幼苗对 Hg 胁迫的耐受性更强,而棕色种子幼苗对 Mo 胁迫的耐受性更强.Mo 和 Hg 胁迫下,二型种子幼苗的丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、可溶性糖(SS)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量等生理指标显著上升(P<0.05),而过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著下降(P<0.05).此外,相关性分析表明 Mo 和 Hg 胁迫下辽宁碱蓬二型种子幼苗的根长和茎长与 POD 呈正相关关系,而与 MDA、CAT、Pro 和 SS 呈负相关关系,说明二型种子幼苗通过积累大量的 Pro 和 SS,提高 CAT 活性,以适应 Mo 和 Hg 胁迫.辽宁碱蓬二型种子的幼苗在重金属胁迫耐受性上的差异,驱动了该种群进化出更具适应性的生态策略,为研究其对重金属胁迫的耐受机制提供了重要的理论依据,也证实了该物种在重金属污染的盐渍土壤修复中的应用价值.

This study investigated the effects of different Mo and Hg concentrations on the growth and physiological metabolism of seedlings from the dimorphic seeds of the halophyte Suaeda liaotungensis and explored their tolerance to heavy metal stress.The research provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of S.liaotungensis in remediating heavy metal-contaminated saline-alkali soils.The root length,shoot length,and root and shoot tolerance indices in seedlings of dimorphic seeds of S.liaotungensis decreased with increasing Mo2+and Hg2+concentrations.Seedlings from black and brown seeds exhibited greater tolerance to Hg and Mo stress,respectively.Under Mo and Hg stress,physiological indices such as malondialdehyde(MDA),catalase(CAT),soluble sugars,and proline displayed a significant increasing trend(P<0.05),whereas peroxidase(POD)showed a significant decreasing trend(P<0.05).In addition,under Mo and Hg stress,the root and shoot lengths of seedlings from dimorphic seeds were positively correlated with POD,but negatively correlated with MDA,CAT,proline,and soluble sugars.This indicates that the seedlings of dimorphic seeds adapt to Mo and Hg stress by accumulating large amounts of proline and soluble sugars,and elevating CAT activity.The differences in the tolerance of the seedlings dimorphic seeds of S.liaotungensis to heavy metal stress have driven the evolution of more adaptive ecological strategies.This provides an important theoretical basis for studying its tolerance mechanism to heavy metal stress,and confirms the value of this species in remediating heavy metal-contaminated saline-alkali soils.
