为筛选适宜于修复新疆阿勒泰地区退化割草地的乡土草种组合,本研究利用 3 种豆科和 4 种禾本科乡土草种进行组合,开展为期两年的退化草地修复试验,通过分析不同草种组合对草地群落结构、功能群组成、牧草营养品质及土壤养分的影响,综合评价其修复效果.结果表明:1)草种组合补播显著优化了植物群落结构(P<0.05),优良牧草重要值占比由 28.0%提升至 58.4%,牧草粗蛋白含量最高提升 56.67%.土壤肥力进一步增强,在 0-10 cm 土层,土壤有机质、碱解氮和速效钾含量均显著高于对照(P<0.05),最高增幅分别为 263.59%、92.59%和 133.69%;2)综合分析结果表明,'新牧 4 号'紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa'Xinmu No.4')(10%)+'岷山'红三叶(Trifolium pratense'Minshan')(10%)+鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata)(10%)+草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)(10%)+'乌苏 1 号'无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis'Wusu No.1')(50%)+披碱草(Elymus dahuricus)(10%)适用于新疆阿勒泰地区退化天然割草地的生态修复,可为该类区域草地恢复提供可靠的技术支撑与组合方案.

To identify native grasses that can be used for restoring degraded mowing grasslands in the Altay Region of Xinjiang,this study conducted a two-year restoration experiment using three leguminous and four gramineous grass species in various combinations.The restoration effects were comprehensively evaluated by analyzing the impacts of different species combinations on grassland community structure,functional group composition,forage nutritional quality,and soil nutrients.The following results were observed:1)Reseeding of the grass-seed combination significantly optimized the plant community structure(P<0.05).The proportion of fine grasses increased from 28%to 58.4%,and the crude protein content of grasses increased by 56.67%.The soil fertility was also enhanced further.In the 0-10 cm soil layer,the contents of soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,and available potassium were significantly higher than those of the control(P<0.05),and the highest increases were 263.59%,92.59%,and 133.69%,respectively.2)Comprehensive evaluation indicated that the combination of Medicago sativa'Xinmu No.4'(10%),Trifolium pratense'Minshan'(10%),Dactylis glomerata(10%),Poa pratensis(10%),Bromus inermis'Wusu No.1'(50%),and Elymus dahuricus(10%)is suitable for the ecological restoration of degraded natural mowing grasslands in the Altay Region of Xinjiang.This combination will provide reliable technical support and act as a viable species mixture for grassland restoration in similar areas.
