基于维修单元的装备维修资源需求预测方法OA

Aiming at the deficiency of the traditional equipment maintenance resource demand forecasting method,the equipment maintenance resource demand forecasting method based on maintenance unit is proposed.The maintenance unit design model based on the similarity calculation of maintenance tasks,the calculation model of preventive maintenance tasks and corrective maintenance tasks,the calculation model of the number of maintenance units,and the calculation model of equipment maintenance resources are established,and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example.The application results show that the method can scientifically determine the maintenance resource demand of equipment maintenance support organization,improve the utilization rate of equipment maintenance resources,and provide decision support for the construction of equipment maintenance support capability.
