五种石斛属植物叶片光合特性比较OA

以铁皮石斛、霍山石斛、金钗石斛、球花石斛、鼓槌石斛5种石斛属植物为试材,采用叶片表型测定、气孔密度观察、光合色素含量分析及光合作用分析仪光响应曲线与CO2响应曲线测定等方法,系统研究了其叶片形态结构、光合色素组成及光合生理特性,明确不同种石斛的光合能力差异,以期为其规模化栽培的光环境调控提供参考依据.结果表明:5种石斛光合特性差异显著,霍山石斛叶面积、纵径、横径最小,但光合色素含量最高,饱和光强下净光合速率、光饱和点、羧化效率、光呼吸速率均最大,光补偿点与CO2补偿点最低;鼓槌石斛叶表型指标较大,气孔密度为5种中最高,光合色素含量及多项光合参数仅次于霍山石斛;金钗石斛叶绿素含量、气孔密度、光饱和点等相关指标均最低;铁皮石斛各项指标无突出表现,处于中间水平;球花石斛叶表型最大,叶绿素含量及光合参数均处于中间水平.

Taking five Dendrobium species,namely Dendrobium of ficinale,Dendrobium huoshanense,Dendrobium nobile,Dendrobium thyrsiflorum and Dendrobium chrysotoxum,as the experimental materials,the leaf morphology and structure,photosynthetic pigment composition and photosynthetic physiological characteristics were systematically studied by means of leaf phenotypic measurement,stomatal density observation,photosynthetic pigment content analysis and determination of light response curve and CO2 response curve with photosynthesis analyzer,in order to clarify the differences in photosynthetic capacity among different Dendrobium species and provide reference for the regulation of light environment in their large-scale cultivation.The results showed that the photosynthetic characteristics of the five Dendrobium species were significantly different.Dendrobium huoshanense had the smallest leaf area,longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter,but the highest content of photosynthetic pigments.Under saturated light intensity,its net photosynthetic rate,light saturation point,carboxylation efficiency and photorespiration rate were the highest,while the light compensation point and CO2 compensation point were the lowest.Dendrobium officinale had the largest leaf phenotypic indicators and the highest stomatal density among the five species,and its photosynthetic pigment content and multiple photosynthetic parameters were second only to Dendrobium huoshanense.Dendrobium nobile had the lowest chlorophyll content,stomatal density and light saturation point.Dendrobium of ficinale had no outstanding performance in any indicators and was at an intermediate level.Dendrobium chrysanthum had the largest leaf phenotypic,and its chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters were at an intermediate level.
