以木芙蓉早花品种'百日华彩'一年生盆栽苗为试材,采用盆栽试验的方法,研究了不同浓度及配比的外源生长延缓剂(多效唑/缩节胺、烯效唑/缩节胺)对其生长及开花的调控效应,以期为盆栽木芙蓉的株型调控与家庭园艺应用提供参考依据.结果表明:生长延缓剂处理显著抑制了植株早期营养生长,处理后30 d,各处理株高、茎粗、叶片长与宽均显著低于对照.但在处理30 d后出现显著的补偿性生长现象,株高与茎粗净生长量大幅提升,并呈现多峰型增长模式.延缓剂处理同时优化了枝条构型,显著增加了分枝数并缩短了节间长度.在开花方面,处理使第1期花期推迟且持续时间缩短,但提高了第2期花量的占比.综上可知,适宜浓度的多效唑/缩节胺复合处理在实现株型矮化、促进分枝及调节花期方面效果显著.

Taking one-year-old early-flowering variety of Hibiscus mutabilis,'Baihua Huacai'potted seedlings as test materials,a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the regulatory effect of different concentrations and ratios of exogenous growth retardants(paclobutrazol/mepiquat chloride and uniconazole/mepiquat chloride)on their growth and flowering,in order to provide a reference for plant architecture regulation in potted Hibiscus mutabilis and its application in home gardening.The results showed that the growth retardant treatments significantly inhibited the early vegetative growth of the plants.At 30 days after treatment,plant height,stem diameter,and leaf length and width in all treatment groups were significantly lower than those in the control.However,a significant compensatory growth phenomenon was observed 30 days after treatment,with substantial increases in the net growth of plant height and stem diameter,exhibiting a multi-peak growth pattern.The retardant treatments also optimized branch architecture,significantly increasing the number of branches and shortening internode length.In terms of flowering,the treatments delayed the first flowering period and shortened its duration,while increasing the proportion of flowers in the second flowering period.In conclusion,the combined application of appropriate concentrations of paclobutrazol and mepiquat chloride was found to be effective in achieving plant dwarfing,promoting branching,and regulating the flowering period.
